Hello, I’m Lindsay!

Hi, I’m Lindsay — an ICF-PCC-certified life coach. Is all the "hustle and grind" leaving you overwhelmed and drained? You can ditch the anxiety-driven hustle, quiet the voice that’s never satisfied, and redefine success from the inside out.

I know the highly productive woman well. Her inner drill sergeant pushes her to exhaustion. She’s a slave to her to-do list: she can’t even take a lunch break without feeling guilty. Her friends wonder how she does it all, but she feels like she never does enough.

I know her because I was her. I spent years driven by pressure, ruled by perfectionism, and stuck in a cycle of burnout disguised as ambition. Everything changed when I learned how to take a more conscious approach. This looks like working smarter, not harder — in your professional and personal life. Read More

 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Life coaching is simply support for becoming a better, calmer, more confident version of yourself. It helps you understand why you think and act the way you do — and gives you tools to change the things that aren’t working anymore.  Think of it like having someone in your corner who helps you get clear on what you want, what’s getting in the way, and how to move forward without feeling overwhelmed.  Instead of telling you what to do, a coach creates the space for you to tune into you — so you finally understand what’s really going on underneath the stress, overthinking, or self-doubt.  It’s not a quick fix — it’s a process that helps you make changes that actually last.

  • A life coach helps you see yourself more clearly. They reflect back your patterns, help you make sense of your inner world, and guide you toward choices and actions that feel aligned with who you’re becoming.

    They help you:

    • See patterns you might not notice on your own (and help you understand why they show up in the first place)

    • Understand your thoughts and emotions

    • Build supportive, realistic self-talk

    • Calm the overthinking

    • Create healthier habits that actually stick

    • Strengthen your self-trust

    • Make decisions with more confidence

    • Set aligned goals and take action in a way that feels doable, not stressful

    • Create a life you’re genuinely excited about

  • Great question! My coaching style differs from the traditional talk therapy approach by having more of a present and future-focus (instead of spending the majority of our time discussing the past). Coaching and therapy can complement each other well, and I often see clients who are still in therapy. I’ve also worked with clients whose therapy felt stagnant, and chose coaching to get a new perspective.

  • This answer is very multi-dimensional, because so are you!  But generally speaking, because my coaching program gets to the root of how we show up in life, at work, and for ourselves, my clients see improvement in many areas. Work-life balance, personal development and growth, self-awareness, stress management, confidence, decision making, health and wellness, time management, resilience, overcoming challenges: so much can get better with guidance and support.

  • It really depends on the person, because everyone comes in with different patterns, goals, and levels of self-awareness. But most people start noticing small shifts — like feeling calmer, clearer, or more aware of their thoughts — within the first few weeks. The deeper changes usually start to click around the 5–6 month mark. That’s the sweet spot where the awareness, tools, and new habits you’ve been practicing begin to stick and show up in your everyday life. There’s no “perfect timeline,” but if you’re showing up, being honest with yourself, and practicing what we talk about, you’ll absolutely start to feel the difference — and it keeps compounding from there.

  • The self-guided course is a great option if you’re not yet able to invest the time and resources required for coaching, but you still want the benefits of positive self-talk. It’s available for a one-time payment of $49. Coaching services, which include one-on-one sessions and personalized exercises, are available for $333 per month (7-month commitment required).

Happy Clients

These amazing women have chosen to share meaningful pieces of our work together. I’m so grateful for my Clients!

“I’ve been working with Lindsay for years now and hiring her as my life coach has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my mental health. I’ve referred several friends and HIGHLY recommend Lindsay, if you’re ready to get real with yourself, and start living your best & most authentic life.”

“It’s hard to travel back in time to your past and talk about it but if anything, Lindsay made it so easy since she really listens, understands, and gives insightful guidance. In the beginning, I always thought I was the problem and after her coaching, I learned to believe that was far from the truth.”

“When someone helps you navigate sitting in your own shit, that has to be one magical person.  I am definitely a work in progress, but I can wholeheartedly say I am definitely not who I was at the beginning of this year.  I feel everyone needs this Lindsay in their world and I am beyond grateful she is in mine!!”

“I love her program because it feels very result driven. I enjoy being told physical and practical ways to correct the things that need to be corrected rather than just talking about it. Her program is so approachable and breaks topics down in a way that forces the vulnerability out of me.”

“Working with Lindsay truly allowed me to see this situation from a different perspective – a non judgmental, kind, and compassionate view of myself from the outside that allowed me to release this person from my life and move forward with true and unwavering focus on myself.”

Let It Be Easy.

At 33, I had a wake-up call. I was exhausted. I was busting my ass for my career. My daily calendar was packed, I worked late on most days, and rarely took a proper lunch. No matter how much I got done, it never felt like enough. I always felt “behind”. I pushed myself to make more money, but deep down, I also craved recognition and appreciation for all my effort.

Weekends were my escape—fun, busy, full of parties, and late nights. My self-talk was demanding and urgent, lacking any grace. The one thing that brought me solace was travel. My husband and I were going to amazing places around the world and each place seemed to crack me open and reveal parts of me I didn’t know were there. I started reading self-discovery books, but wasn’t consistent—my schedule was packed, remember? Each book gave me little lightbulb moments, although I never took time to integrate them before jumping to the next. Still, I felt something shifting inside me.

Then one rainy morning, I woke up dreading work . . . Read More

Success without all the stress starts here.

You Didn’t Land Here By Accident.

Something brought you here. If you’re a woman who got sucked into hustle culture and you’re done telling yourself that stress is just “part of being successful.” Then you’re my people. Deep down, you know there’s a better way to live. One where success doesn’t come at the cost of your freedom and well being. Where your value isn’t tied to how much you do or how hard you hustle.

Maybe you’ve been grinding for years, pushing through stress and burnout, telling yourself this is just the price of ambition. But something inside is whispering, “Damn. Can’t I succeed without wearing myself out?” You want to rewrite the story of hustle and redefine what success means — beyond the constant grind. To have real work/life balance, learn to quiet that relentless judgmental self-talk, and finally release the endless cycle of “do more”.

If any of this sounds like you, you’re in the right place. You’re ready to slow down, reset, and create a life where ambition and ease coexist beautifully.

Could success feel softer, slower, and still satisfying?

YES. You don’t have to be exhausted to be accomplished.
