She’s a hustler. Highly productive and fiercely independent, living in her masculine energy.

But underneath it all, she’s self-critical, stressed out, and anxious.

All that hard work isn’t working anymore.

Is this you?

I thought so. Let’s change that.

Hi, I’m Lindsay!

Is all the "hustle and grind" leaving you overwhelmed and drained?  You can ditch the anxiety-driven hustle, quiet the voice that’s never satisfied, and redefine success from the inside out.

I know the highly productive woman well. Her inner drill sergeant pushes her to exhaustion. She’s a slave to her to-do list: she can’t even take a lunch break without feeling guilty. Her friends wonder how she does it all, but she feels like she never does enough.

I know her because I was her. I spent years driven by pressure, ruled by perfectionism, and stuck in a cycle of burnout disguised as ambition. Everything changed when I learned how to take a more conscious approach. This looks like working smarter, not harder—in your personal and professional life. Read More

Are You My Perfect Match?

My coaching program and course are perfect for the woman whose relentlessly busy, hyper-controlling, never-enough mindset is doing more harm than good. Her impossibly high expectations and harsh self-talk aren’t helping, either.

Does this feel familiar?

  • You believe you just need to work “more” or “harder” to make real progress

  • You feel lazy for wanting rest or downtime

  • You never feel like there’s enough time

  • You think your negative self-talk is necessary to stay motivated

  • You pressure yourself to be perfect and avoid making mistakes

  • You never feel like you're doing enough

  • You avoid asking for help because you “should” be able to handle it

  • You’re always searching for the next system or planner to finally get it all done

  • You’ve accepted that you’re just “wired” to be more anxious

  • You wonder if something is wrong with you—because even after all the self-help book, podcasts, journaling, and meditating . . . nothing is improving (as promised)

Two Ways To Do The Work

I help my clients in two ways.

Virtual Coaching

My coaching program, The Conscious Hustle, includes 7 months of personalized guidance, support, and exercises. If you want to break up with hustle culture without losing your passion for progress, this is for you.

Happy Headspace Academy

My self-guided, pre-recorded course can be done anytime, at your own pace. It’s a great starting point if you’re looking to stop the mental beatdowns, quiet the spirals, and build a supportive relationship with yourself.

Now I Know That . . .

  • You don’t have to eliminate your drive to “do.” It’s more about 1) redirecting some of that energy inward, beyond external achievements, and 2) balancing it with rest. I’m not here to make you suppress this fiery part of yourself—I want to help you see why your current approach isn’t serving you.

  • You don’t have to work harder to get “there”. Grinding nonstop made me feel accomplished, but exhausted. Real success comes from working smarter, with intention and boundaries.

  • My critical self-talk was my biggest roadblock. That inner drill sergeant? She was loud, bossy, and relentless. Reprogramming my voice to be more supportive changed it all on a daily level.

  • Rest isn’t lazy—it’s productive. I used to think I had to “earn” every minute of downtime. Now I know rest fuels my creativity and productivity—without it, I burn out quicker.

  • External achievements don’t fill the void. Period.

  • Self-discovery isn’t a checklist. It’s messy, ongoing, and deeply personal. Rushing it only leads to overwhelm.

  • Work-life balance is not: go, go, go at work so you can go, go, go at home. It’s about embracing an ebb and flow. It means getting up and going, then resting until you’re recharged enough to move again. Without this balance, your body stays stuck in stress mode, leading to chronic exhaustion, burnout, and physical symptoms that take time to heal.

  • Self-awareness isn’t the finish line, it’s the starting point.  You’re here because you’re aware that what you’re doing isn’t working.   Without support, it’s easy to go back doing the same shit, even when you know better. Self-awareness opens the door, but I help you navigate what’s on the other side.  I offer an experience that books and podcasts can’t touch.

 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Great question! My coaching style differs from the traditional talk therapy approach by having more of a present and future-focus (instead of spending the majority of our time discussing the past). Coaching and therapy can complement each other well, and I often see clients who are still in therapy. I’ve also worked with clients whose therapy felt stagnant, and chose coaching to get a new perspective.

  • This answer is very multi-dimensional — because so are you. But generally speaking, because my coaching program gets to the root of how we show up in life, at work, and for ourselves, my clients see improvement in many areas. Work-life balance, personal development, stress management, health and wellness, time management, resilience, overcoming challenges: so much can get better with guidance and support.

  • The self-guided course is a great option if you’re not yet able to invest the time and resources required for coaching, but you still want the benefits of positive self-talk. It’s available for a one-time payment of $99. Coaching services, which include one-on-one sessions and personalized exercises, are available for $333 per month (7-month commitment required).

  • Nope! They are two separate ways to work with me. Neither is required to understand/access the other, but they enhance each other well. The course focuses solely on managing (and correcting) negative thoughts and self-talk. Coaching requires a 7-month commitment and goes much deeper. It’s more customizable to each client.

  • Intuitive clarity is my ability to cut through the noise and tune into what’s really going on beneath the surface—even before you fully see it yourself.  It’s a clear, confident inner knowing that shows up for me in the form of a simple word or phrase.  I hear what you don’t say.  As a Projector in Human Design, I can swiftly recognize your true patterns, strengths, and blocks.  It’s the quiet inner guidance I follow in our sessions that unlocks breakthrough moments.  I’ve been cultivating this in my sessions for 6.5 years and it’s truly a gift.

A Message For You: Let It Be Easy.

Dear lovely,

You’ve built your life on doing. On being reliable. On overdelivering. You know how to push through exhaustion, keep your calendar full, and meet everyone’s expectations (often before they even ask). People see you as successful—and they’re not wrong. You’ve accomplished a lot. But I know the part of you that feels like it’s never enough.

I want you to know: your drive is not the problem. You don’t need to shut off that fiery part of yourself. You just need to disperse it (and balance it out).  Learn how to direct it more intentionally toward yourself, not just the next achievement.

You’ve spent years proving your worth through what you do, how much you give, and how well you hold everything together. Slowing down feels uncomfortable—maybe even terrifying—because deep down, you fear losing your edge. You don’t want to become someone who stops caring, stops achieving, or lets people down.  But what if . . . Read More
